Staying at home correlates with a reduced risk of severe illness and injury. It’s also more cost-effective and alleviates hardship that could worsen if a family member were placed in a facility.
How Do I Qualify?
Nightingale Home Care assesses and tailors
personalized care plans.
- Be 65 years or older (meet certain disability requirements)
- Be impaired by physical limitations
- Choose to receive services in your home
- Participate in only one waiver at a time
Caregiver Requirements:
Highly trained, compassionate caregivers ensure exceptional client support.
- Must have current tuberculosis test or equivalent
- Must have active CPR or First Aide certification
- Must pass a 100-question test or have active certification
- Must pass fingerprinting
