What types of home care services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of home care services tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. These services include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and more

How do you match caregivers with clients?

We take great care in matching caregivers with clients based on factors such as personality, preferences, and specific care needs. Our goal is to ensure compatibility and foster trusting relationships between caregivers and clients, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and overall experience. 

What qualifications do your caregivers have?

Our caregivers undergo thorough background checks, comprehensive training, and continuous education to ensure they possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and compassion to provide high-quality care. Additionally, many of our caregivers have certifications in CPR, first aid, and specialized training in areas such as dementia care or chronic illness management. 

How can I pay for my services?

Nightingale is proud to offer any and all services on a private pay basis, whether you are a Medicaid Waiver client with a cost share or you wish to pay out of pocket. The service rates differ from region to region and from service to serviceIf you are interested in receiving services from Nightingale and would like a quote, please contact the administrator over the region in which you live. 

What private pay options do I have?

As a private pay client, there are several methods to submit payment for services, including: Check, Money Order, Credit Card, Debit Card, AutoPay (Free Automatic payment option where payment is automatically withdrawn from your credit or debit card each billing cycle).  

Do you offer an autopay option to pay for services?

Yes, we do! If you are interested in signing up for Nightingale’s AutoPay Option, please access the form below, fill it out completely, and submit it to Nightingale’s Director of Billing.

Q&A: Pharmacy Services

What Pharmacy services do you provide?

 Our pharmacy services include prescription fulfillment, medication management, medication synchronization, refill reminders, delivery services, and comprehensive medication consultations with our experienced pharmacists. 

Can I transfer my prescriptions to your Pharmacy?

Absolutely! Transferring prescriptions to our pharmacy is simple and hassle-free. Just provide us with your current prescription information, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team will work closely with you and your healthcare provider to ensure a seamless transition and continued access to your medications.

Does nightingale Pharmacy have an app?

Yes, we use the RXLocal app. Once you are a patient at Nightingale Pharmacy, you will be able to request a medication refill, see your medication list, text with the pharmacist, and so much more!

What insurance does Nightingale accept?

We accept all major insurances except the VA insurance.

Does Nightingale Pharmacy offer vaccines?

Yes, we offer flu, covid, pneumonia, shingles, etc. We offer most vaccines without an appointment; however, we recommend calling ahead to make sure we have the vaccine in stock!

We have Free Delivery in Savannah and Free shipping in the state of Georgia.

We offer a variety of infusion services, including antibiotic therapy, hydration therapy, pain management, nutritional support, immunoglobulin therapy, and more. Our skilled nursing staff delivers these treatments safely and comfortably in the comfort of our clients’ homes, minimizing the need for hospital visits and enhancing convenience. 

How do you ensure the safety and efficacy of infusion treatments?

We adhere to strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and efficacy of our infusion treatments. Our nursing staff is highly trained in infusion therapy techniques and follows rigorous infection control procedures to minimize the risk of complications. Additionally, we collaborate closely with healthcare providers to monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes. 

Can i receive Infusion therapy at home if i'm currently hospitalized?

In many cases, yes. We understand that transitioning from hospital to home can be challenging, especially for clients requiring ongoing infusion therapy. Our team works closely with hospitals and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless transitions and arrange for in-home infusion services when appropriate. We strive to make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for our clients.
