How Do I Qualify?
- Be 65 years or older (meet certain disability requirements)
- Individuals in need of nursing home-level care
- The income limit for an individual is $841 per month
- Choose to receive Services in your home
Caregiver Requirements:
- Must have current tuberculosis test or equivalent
- Must have active CPR or First Aide certification
- Must pass a 100-question test or have active certification
- Must pass fingerprinting
